AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION Unit 1G1, Studio hire. The Hirer shall send all the amendments/cancellation/termination in writing via email to the Venue in no less than 2 working days before the access time. If the hirer doesn't show up, the full fee will be charged To get the refund, we have to received cancellation in writing via email to the Venue in no less than 4 working days, other way we can reschedule your slot. Our studio is very busy so to reschedule your session, please contact us asap, so we can check the new date and time for you. Photo Academy The participant shall send all the amendments/cancellation/termination in writing via email to the Between Pictures Academy. If the cancellation letter has been received less than 2 working days before the course/workshop, full fee will be charged.
